幽门螺杆菌根除治疗失败的原因和对策
2.6 中医药治疗
我国的中医药博大精深，是今后根除幽门螺杆菌治疗的一个研究方向，符合我国中西医结合的国情。经过中、日等国的专家研究，已经发现在中草药中有许多抗幽门螺杆菌的药材（如黄连、丹参、连翘、白芍、乌梅、黄芩等），但单味药物的抑菌率均较低。临床研究证明幽门螺杆菌感染与中医证型关系中以脾胃湿热和脾胃气虚较为密切［27］，在中医病因学中“邪气”包含致病微生物，具有传染性，其中的湿热邪气发病呈隐匿性、渐进性和反复性，这与幽门螺杆菌感染的胃病临床表现很相似，表明湿热邪气-脾胃湿热-幽门螺杆菌感染之间的关系，即湿热适宜幽门螺杆菌的生长和繁殖［28］。中医传统理论认为“邪之所凑，其气必虚”，故脾胃虚弱，正气不足者也易感染幽门螺杆菌，而幽门螺杆菌感染使脾胃虚弱更为严重。故用中药黄芪建中汤为主加上一些抗幽门螺杆菌的中药组成复方制剂，一方面能增加幽门螺杆菌补救治疗的根除率，另一方面，也能改善病人的消化道症状和西药的副作用。
