运输型第三方物流企业的博弈分析与成本控制

Abstract： In recent years， the domestic third-party logistics companies have sprung up. So the competition is becoming more and more intense. In the year of 1929 Hotelling model is put forward， we use the model to transport the TPL enterprise carries on the analysis on the same linear city and find out the Nash equilibrium， through the analysis of its Nash equilibrium equation we found that the change of the enterprises under the condition of equilibrium of corporate profits， and in view of the transport vehicles the TPL enterprise management decision provides models， through the use of these models can be vehicles to transport the TPL enterprise to achieve the cost control and management decision making delivery of the TPL enterprise operation process has the scientific nature.

0 引 言
21世纪，新兴产业之一的现代物流业迅猛发展，国内物流公司如雨后春笋般涌现，进而形成了第三方物流产业。第三方物流（TPL）与自营物流是一对相对应的概念，相比传统的物流公司，第三方物流更专业化，成本更低，效率更高，已经成为物流业发展的趋势和方向。近几年，我国的第三方物流市场以每年16%～25%的速度增长。本文研究运输型TPL企业的博弈分析与成本控制，通过豪泰林模型对物流企业的空间位置和对企业需求的搏弈分析得出了企业在同一线性城市的纳什均衡解，并通过对纳什均衡解的分析得出了在纳什均衡的情况下运输型TPL企业降低成本对提高企业利润的重要性，针对运输型TPL企业给出若干模型供运输型TPL企业车辆管理决策，以降低成本，提高运输型TPL企业运作过程中的科学性。
